Customer Service Representative
JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION : Customer Service Representative REPORTS TO : Customer Service Manager Hanes Geo Components (HGC) in Winston Salem, NC a division of Leggett & Platt Inc., is seeking a Customer Service Representative. HGC is the leading industrial distributor of erosion control and soil stabilization products used in the construction industry.
- Accurately enter customer orders that are received on the telephone or electronically
- Communicate with customers regarding any challenges to their order such as logistics, inventory adjustments etc.
- Provide professional administrative support for the location
- Maintain and distribute product literature
