CDL-A Regional Truck Driver - Entry Level - Home Weekly
We are seeking Class A CDL drivers with no prior experience to begin their driving careers in a regional Eastern Seaboard fleet operating from Fayetteville, NC. The position offers regional routes that support weekly home time, a paid training programme, and a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
Compensation and position highlights:
- Pay: $1,600–$1,800 weekly via direct deposit
- Regional routes serving the Eastern Seaboard with a weekly home reset
- Drop-and-hook dry van freight
- Fully equipped, new tractors
- Paid orientation and instructor-led training, including behind-the-wheel mentorship for new and entry-level drivers
- Full benefits package: medical, dental and vision insurance
- 401(k) plan with company match
Training:
- Paid training programme covering required job skills
- Instructor-led classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel mentorship for drivers who have completed a minimum of 120 hours of school instruction
Minimum requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Must meet employer hiring standards and DOT requirements
- Minimum 120 hours of commercial driver training school instruction completed
