Remote Sales Team Development Manager
AO Globe Life is hiring driven individuals ready to step into a leadership role where you can coach a team, stay active in client conversations, and grow long-term—all from home.
In this position, you’ll lead and develop a remote team while also connecting with individuals who have requested information about available benefits . You’ll guide both clients and team members toward success.
No cold calling. No door knocking. No chasing uninterested leads.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of representatives
Recruit and onboard new team members as the organization grows
Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback
Monitor team performance and identify areas for growth
Lead by example through active client engagement
Meet with clients virtually using Zoom
Walk individuals and families through available programs
Answer questions and guide clients through next steps
Maintain simple digital records and follow-ups
Participate in leadership training, mentorship, and development

What You’ll Need
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Leadership or team development experience preferred
Strong communication and coaching skills
Comfortable managing and motivating a remote team
Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset
Laptop or computer with camera + reliable internet
