Position Title: Global Controller

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
- Lead global accounting operations (GL, AR, AP, payroll, intercompany, fixed assets, leases, tax, stock comp, debt)
- Maintain and evolve internal controls
- Manage and mentor a global accounting team
- Drive process optimization and automation
- Collaborate with finance leadership on reporting and strategic initiatives
- Support treasury operations and cash forecasting
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting
- Partner with internal teams to explore AI-driven efficiencies
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with global accounting policies and GAAP
- Lead statutory audits and tax compliance
- Implement and maintain transfer pricing documentation
M&A:
- Support due diligence and integration of acquisitions
- Lead ERP and process integration for acquired entities
- Prepare opening balance sheets and purchase price accounting
Leadership:
- Build trust with executive leadership through strategic insight, execution, and communication
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA required
- 15 years of progressive accounting experience
- 10 years in leadership roles
- Experience managing teams of 20
- International experience preferred
- Willingness to collaborate with AI and data teams to modernize finance
