About the Role: We are a growing and passionate behavioral health agency dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services to those in need. As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, using your own equipment, to provide essential mental health care through telehealth. You'll help individuals, families, and groups by conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual, family, and group therapy through telehealth
Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and session notes
Work closely with other therapists, case managers, and healthcare professionals
Participate in regular supervision meetings and team consultations
Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards
Qualifications: Current licensure in North Carolina (LCSW, LCSW-A, LCMHC, LMFT, or related licensure)
1+ year of clinical therapy experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
Strong skills in clinical assessment and therapeutic intervention
Experience working with diverse populations and mental health challenges
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic medical records
