Innovation Hub Project manager

**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking an Innovation Hub Project Manager to lead project initiatives within our newly established Innovation Hub, as part of Consumer Small Business Banking Operations (CSBBO). The person will manage projects in the AI strategy for automation within CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) Innovation Hub. They will define technical requirements, work backwards from customer needs, and partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions, with a focus on driving strategy.
