Duties and Responsibilities Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.Lead and supervise a team of junior installers and apprentices, ensuring effective mentorship and management.Review and understand blueprints, technical diagrams, and manufacturer instructions to ensure proper installation.Ensure that all installations are compliant with local HVAC codes and regulations.Execute installation tasks with a team or independently, maintaining a commitment to quality and standards.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC installations, offering reliable solutions.Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, team members, and management.Provide training and support to junior installers and apprentices enhancing their skills and knowledge in HVAC systems.Complete all necessary paperwork promptly and accurately in accordance with company policies and Service Titan requirements.Manage the inventory of materials and equipment ensuring availability and preparedness for all projects.

Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC installer, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Possess relevant professional certifications, such as EPA Certification.Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and compliance procedures.Exceptional ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Outstanding communication and customer service skills.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.Readiness to undergo a background check as part of the hiring process.Physical capability to handle demanding activities such as working in confined spaces, lifting equipment up to 50 lbs, and tolerating various weather conditions.
