Executive Assistant II
Pay Rate: $22 - $25/Hour
Assignment 8/27-9/6 and must be able to spend a half day training on site on the 26th(Holiday is 9/2 and will not be working)
Top 3 Skills: Must have previous client experience, handle fast moving calendar and appointments, excellent verbal, written & interpersonal communications skills, very professional & friendly, travel arrangement possible for exec.; organized; discretion to possible confidential information; time efficient; attention to detail. 3-4 years of senior level administrative experience.
Other Skills/Nice to Haves: multi-tasking, follow-thru, self starter and efficient, proficient in Microsoft Outlook, heavy use of Teams.
