Retail Sales Team Member

Overview
High Country Candles is a long-standing retail candle shop on Main Street in Blowing Rock. We hand pour all of our candles on site and sell other people's products as well. We are open 7 days a week, typically 10am to 6pm. We do extend our hours in the Fall.
We are seeking a part-time, retail associate, minimum 2 shifts per week but more hours preferred.

As a Sales Associate at High Country Candles, you'll be an integral part of our team, committed to providing exceptional customer experience. Your role will involve engaging with customers, collaborating closely with your fellow team members, and embodying our unique sales approach. In addition to sales duties, you'll have the opportunity to learn the art of candle making.
We're looking for individuals who are eager to grow with us for the long term, with opportunities for advancement and increased responsibilities. Retail experience preferred but not required.
Starting at $16 per hour, with the potential for higher compensation for qualified, more experienced candidates.
