Description:
- Serve as a resource to help team members be successful in their roles.
- Communicate scheduled tasks to employees and monitor progress.
- Work with management to ensure all projects are being completed efficiently and according to schedule.
- Ensure that team members complete tasks in accordance with company’s quality, production,
- and safety standards.
- Trouble-shoot and resolve problems as necessary; communicate appropriately with affected
- team members and departments.
- Construct electrical panel boxes by assembling wiring, switches, and cables.
- Perform inventory control functions to ensure sufficient supplies to complete projects
- Label and test electrical equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication.
- Use of logic and reasoning in daily decision-making and problem-solving.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of fundamentals of electronics.
- Knowledge of measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Three years of experience in related field required.
- Industrial wiring experience required.
- Experience with OSHA safety requirements preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
