Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to play a critical role in aligning technology solutions with business objectives across their enterprise systems. This role serves as a strategic liaison between IT and business stakeholders to analyze and improve processes, define requirements, and guide system implementations.

As a Lead BSA, they'll take ownership of requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and systems integration initiatives. They’ll lead small to mid-sized projects, contribute to larger enterprise projects, and collaborate cross-functionally with both business and technical teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

• Lead end-to-end business process reviews to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or optimization.

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, use-case creation, and documentation of business and system requirements.

Solution Design & Implementation

• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for application development and system integration.

• Collaborate with development and QA teams to support solution design, testing, and validation activities.

• Support change management, user training, and deployment strategies to ensure successful adoption.

Project Leadership

• Lead small to medium-scale projects independently; contribute to larger projects under program managers.

• Track and manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and issues, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Ensure thorough documentation of project activities and changes throughout the lifecycle.

Systems Integration & Support

• Support and enhance integrations between internal systems and ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O), Salesforce, and other applications across the company.

• Identify and support automation opportunities across applications and business processes.

• Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.

Documentation & Communication

• Develop business process documentation, user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures.

• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, leadership, vendors, and consultants.

This is a Permanent position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
