Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school in Thomasville, NC is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position during the current school year (CSY).

Qualifications:

• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working as an SLP in school settings, preferably with K-12 students
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapy planning skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and support staff
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and school compliance requirements

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with student goals
• Provide direct therapy to K-12 students individually and in groups
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and session notes
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and communicate with families regarding student progress
• Support inclusion efforts and provide consultative guidance to classroom staff
