National Account Sales Manager
- Achieves the annual budgeted sales and gross margin targets
- Works with Product Managers, developing and implementing sales promotions and programs that drives profitable sales growth
- Effectively and proactively manages the product cycle relationship with sales agencies.
- Communicates and presents to various audiences overview, report outcomes, and metrics about changes in customer requirements, market conditions, competitor activity and associated product line activity
- Regularly meets with National Account customers to discuss new opportunities for their businesses and reinforces the relationship with Kaba Ilco Corp
- Coordinate and implement all National Account sales promotion and program activity with distributors
- Develops, implements and continuously updates a product training program for the sales representatives employed by the independent sales agency
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Provides unit sales forecasts to the appropriate Product Manager for promotion activities
- Negotiates annual advertising and support agreements with the National Accounts
- Participate in trade shows
- Effectively manage, direct and work with Sales Representatives to achieve sales plans and coordinate account events.
- Flexibility to travel for extended days/evenings to account events or opportunities, sometimes on limited notice.
- Performs other tasks as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or technical area
- 5 Plus years’ experience in a Sales role
- Experience working with distributors
- Demonstrated experience of critical interaction and problem solving abilities to bridge market requirements and needs with internal technical expertise and systems
- Demonstrated understanding of the Industry.
- Demonstrated ability to differentiate strategy and tactics and apply accordingly.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, negotiate, measure, and achieve results with collaborative team approach/success and independent actions.
- Ability to effectively communicate to large groups – Line review presentations, product training, program explanations and customer sales teams trainings.
- In-depth emotional intelligence: behavioral maturity, demonstrated trust and integrity, high ethical standards, interpersonal competence, and the ability to prevent, reduce and resolve conflict.
- In-depth written and oral communication skills; stand-up presentation and training skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and generate results in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated team and individual leadership skills: decision-making, analytical, team building, and organization skills.
- Experience working with Sales Representatives.
