Job Description
Join our team as a Machine Operator and contribute to our high-quality production process. You will operate and monitor advanced production machinery, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), FDA regulations, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). This role involves equipment setup, changeovers, basic troubleshooting, and upholding strict quality standards in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with SOPs.
- Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting for seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, cGMP, and internal quality standards.
- Accurately complete batch records, logbooks, and documentation in real time.
- Conduct in-process quality checks and report deviations or non-conformances promptly.
- Maintain equipment and work areas to 5S or equivalent cleanliness standards.
- Assist with preventive maintenance and calibration activities as needed.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and processes.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (FDA, GMP, ISO, etc.).
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and documentation practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, SOPs, and batch records.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to operational needs.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in production and machine operation.
- Proficiency in inspection and packing processes.
- General labor skills to support operational needs.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Pay: $20 per hour
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
