Inventory Receiving Coordinator

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Leadership - Overseeing a team of 4 receivers on the night shift to ensure accurate and timely receiving operations. Acting as a backup to the Inventory Controller and ensuring compliance with receiving protocols.
• Inventory Responsibilities - Performing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventory audits and cycle counts. Reporting daily inventory levels and supporting material movement reconciliation.
• Reconciliation - Reconciling inventory records and balancing inventory using SAP and our DLX systems

We’re Looking for Someone With

• High School Diploma or GED
• Sitting, standing, walking, lifting, and/or repetitive tasks throughout the day. The employee will be required to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and DLX (or similar systems)
• Strong in the following skills: organization, attention to detail, interpersonal, and communication
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
