Hunter Automotive Group is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Clerk to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently while supporting a busy dealership environment.

What You'll Do

Warranty Clerk

• Prepare, process, and submit warranty claims to manufacturers and distributors accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review warranty claims to ensure all required documentation is complete before submission.
• Verify that claims meet manufacturer and distributor guidelines and requirements.
• Reconcile warranty claims and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Scan and maintain warranty documentation in accordance with manufacturer recordkeeping requirements.
• Ensure all warranty files are organized, accurate, and compliant with dealership and manufacturer standards.

Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate records of warranty transactions.
• Communicate with internal departments regarding claim status and required documentation.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks to support dealership operations as needed.

Qualifications

Preferred Skills

• Previous warranty administration or automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience working with computer systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
