Nature of Work: A part-time role providing training, support, supervision, and issue resolution for housekeepers, guests, and homeowners, primarily pertaining to housekeeping.
Illustrative Tasks:
Train field staff on Twiddy & Company housekeeping policies and procedures
Inspect quality of cleaning
Meet with homeowners and guests to provide Southern hospitality
Provide in-person constructive feedback to housekeepers to drive improvements in future performance
Deliver supplies for housekeepers and customers
Reporting Senior: Housekeeping Supervisor
Schedule and Admin: This position requires a flexible work schedule, with weekends being mandatory. Scheduling is dependent on reservations and current task load, as determined by direct supervisor. Additional weekday working hours may be available.
Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills Required:
- Communicate clearly in oral and written form
- Strong teamwork in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment
- Competency on phone and tablet
- Positive and friendly engagement with customers and other staff
- Professional communication and personal presentation
- Flexible and capable of multi-tasking
- Must be able to tolerate prolonged standing, walking over uneven ground, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, lifting, and frequent carrying of items weighing up to 30 lbs
- Duties may involve outdoor environments while being exposed to varying weather conditions
- Some housekeeping chemical use required
