As a Construction Manager, you’ll join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery. We’re looking for a passionate Construction Manager for Cary/Holly Springs, NC who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo.

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree

• 8+ years of experience in Construction Management field

• Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building required.

• Experience leading contractors and Superintendents for current scope, engineering information, and document drawings/specifications for construction execution.

• Experience in monitoring project budgets to ensure project requirements are met.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

• Extensive experience in Turnover Sequencing, Planning, and Execution of complex Life Science projects.

• OSHA 30

• Start-Up and/or Commissioning experience of complex Life Science projects is a plus.

• Demonstrated knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and general building maintenance.

• Experience in cleaning, pressure testing & flushing high purity pipe

The base salary range for this position is $111,500.00 to $180,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
