As a Dispatch Officer in a fast-paced tech and telecom location, you will monitor security-related systems, triage calls and alarms, coordinate officer response, and document incidents with clear, professional communication. You will help to deter issues through strong situational awareness, responsive service, and consistent reporting. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch security-related calls for service, alarms, and requests for assistance via phone, radio, and/or computer systems.
• Monitor security-related systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm panels; communicate observations to on-site personnel and/or management in a timely manner.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications and resources as needed.
• Complete detailed security-related reports, incident logs, and shift activity documentation, and maintain accurate dispatch and communication records.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 3+ years combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
