What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing back-of-house team
• Foster a positive, accountable culture focused on teamwork and excellence
• Ensure consistent execution in a scratch kitchen environment
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including prep, production, cleanliness, and organization
• Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction
• Drive food safety and sanitation standards
• Manage food cost, inventory, ordering, labor, and waste
• Develop future culinary leaders through training and mentorship

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Kitchen Manager or BOH leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Passion for scratch cooking and culinary excellence
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations
• Experience managing food cost, inventory, and labor
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
