Location:

Hybrid opportunity based in Charlotte, North Carolina, offering the flexibility of a balanced work environment while remaining closely connected with an experienced and collaborative team.

Note:

Applicants must be a North Carolina Notary Public or be able to obtain a North Carolina Notary Public commission before starting employment. At least 1 year of residential real estate experience is required.

Job Description

• Support the Closing Attorney and Paralegal throughout the residential closing process.
• Order HOA statements and mortgage payoff information.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and other parties regarding closing schedules and logistics.
• Assist with preparing closing documents and transaction files.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout each transaction.
• Perform administrative support duties as needed to keep files moving efficiently.
• Help create a smooth and positive closing experience for all parties involved.

Qualifications

• North Carolina Notary Public or ability to obtain commission before start date.
• 1+ year of residential real estate experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with standard office technology and document management.
