Location:
Hybrid opportunity based in Charlotte, North Carolina, offering the flexibility of a balanced work environment while remaining closely connected with an experienced and collaborative team.
Note:
Applicants must be a North Carolina Notary Public or be able to obtain a North Carolina Notary Public commission before starting employment. At least 1 year of residential real estate experience is required.

Job Description
- Support the Closing Attorney and Paralegal throughout the residential closing process.
- Order HOA statements and mortgage payoff information.
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and other parties regarding closing schedules and logistics.
- Assist with preparing closing documents and transaction files.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout each transaction.
- Perform administrative support duties as needed to keep files moving efficiently.
- Help create a smooth and positive closing experience for all parties involved.
Qualifications
- North Carolina Notary Public or ability to obtain commission before start date.
- 1+ year of residential real estate experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with standard office technology and document management.
