Overview:
The Retail Marketing Associate supports in-store marketing initiatives, helping boost customer engagement, promote products, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to provide product information and drive sales.
Support retail events, demos, and brand activations.
Collect customer feedback and report trends to the marketing team.
Update promotional signage and ensure brand consistency in the store.
Coordinate with sales, inventory, and marketing teams on product promotions.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Interest in marketing, sales, and retail environments.
Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced settings.
Basic understanding of merchandising or brand promotion is a plus.
Entry-level friendly; training provided.
