Account Manager
Energize Group is a dynamic Dental Marketing Company specializing in website development, social media advertising, lead generation, SEO, organic social media posting, dental consulting, and patient appointment booking. We are dedicated to helping dental practices enhance their online presence and grow their patient base through comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
As an Account Manager at Energize Group, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships while collaborating with internal departments to ensure the successful execution of our clients' marketing strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to engage directly with a portfolio of around 30 clients, providing attentive support from onboarding through the implementation of their tailored marketing strategy. You will conduct regular check-ins and data analysis to measure the strategy's effectiveness, ensuring that our clients are reaching their marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
Understand each client's unique goals and needs, providing personalized support and guidance.
Marketing Strategy Coordination:
Collaborate with internal departments to design and execute effective marketing strategies.
Ensure that each client's marketing strategy is tailored to their specific requirements.
Data Analysis and Strategy Adjustment:
Regularly analyze data to assess the success of marketing strategies.
If a strategy is not meeting the client's goals, work with internal experts to develop recommended adjustments.
Communication and Professionalism:
Maintain open and transparent communication with clients at all times.
Represent Energize Group LLC with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Software and Tools Proficiency:
Be proficient in the use of various software and tools utilized by Energize Group, including GoHighLevel, the Google Suite, Slack, Dental Intelligence, and ClickUp.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or similar experience in marketing is preferred.
Proven experience in account management, preferably in a marketing or Company setting.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to adapt to evolving client needs and changing priorities.
Proficiency in software and tools relevant to the role.
