Functional Medicine Physician
Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Functional Medicine Physician (MD/DO) with at least 3 years of experience for a permanent opportunity in Durham, North Carolina. This position offers the chance to provide patient-centered, holistic care in a collaborative healthcare environment with a flexible, 4-day work week.
Permanent MD/DO – Functional Medicine Physician
Location: Durham, North Carolina
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage patients using Functional Medicine principles
- Develop personalized treatment plans addressing lifestyle, nutrition, and integrative therapies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive, patient-focused care
- Educate patients on preventive strategies and wellness optimization
Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related specialty
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
- Active North Carolina medical license or ability to obtain
- Training or experience in Functional Medicine preferred
- Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary range: $175,000–$250,000
- 4-day work week
