**Job Title: Construction Technician** **Job Description** Join our team as a Construction Technician to assist in building a project in Lenoir, NC. We are looking for versatile individuals who can handle a variety of tasks on-site, ensuring the smooth progression of this large-scale project. **Responsibilities** + Perform basic carpentry tasks. + Set up barriers and erect tents as needed. + Transport and move materials around the jobsite. + Maintain cleanliness through sweeping and general cleanup. + Assist leads with various tasks and follow directions promptly. + Engage in basic mechanical duties as required. **Essential Skills** + Experience in general labor and construction. + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. + Basic carpentry skills. + Ability to read a tape measurer. + Strong communication skills to take direction effectively. + Great attitude and adaptability to diverse tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous construction experience preferred. + Capability to pressure wash and perform material transport. + Flexibility to work some Saturdays if needed. **Why Work Here?** This opportunity allows you to work with a leading general contractor for a globally recognized client. Professionalism is crucial as this is a high-profile site with a prestigious client. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Lenoir, NC. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
