Job Description
The PreK Lead Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing and educational environment for pre-kindergarten children, guiding their developmental progress through effective curriculum planning and classroom management. This role focuses on fostering student engagement, conducting child assessments, and maintaining strong communication with parents to support each child’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily classroom activities and routines
- Assess and document children’s development and learning progress
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom updates
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
- Encourage and maintain active engagement among students
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in early childhood education
