Job Summary:
As we expand our Logistics and Warehouse Operations in Raleigh, NC , we are building a talent pool for various roles. We are seeking hardworking individuals to fill positions such as Warehouse Workers, General Labor, Warehouse Coordinators, Picker/Packers, Forklift Operators, Warehouse Clerks, Inventory Specialists, and Sorters. Key Positions & Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Workers: Perform various tasks to support warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and organizing shipments.
• General Labor: Assist with general tasks as needed, supporting overall warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Warehouse Coordinators: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with safety standards.
• Picker/Packers: Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Forklift Operators: Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products within the warehouse.
• Warehouse Clerks: Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments, and assist with administrative tasks.
• Inventory Specialists: Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Sorters: Sort and organize incoming and outgoing products, ensuring proper handling and labeling.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is preferred but not required; we welcome entry level candidates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Forklift certification is a plus for forklift operator positions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 40 pounds consistently and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
