RN/ LPN Weekend Supervisor
Weekend Supervisor (LPN/RN) – Nursing Home
Location: Shelby, NC

- Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts
- Provide direct resident care as needed
- Ensure all care is in accordance with state, federal, and facility standards
- Respond to emergencies and make decisions regarding resident care
- Communicate with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Complete documentation and shift reports in a timely manner
- Help with staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage
- Active LPN or RN license in North Carolina or a compact state
- Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care preferred xrczosw
- Prior supervisory experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
