Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

We’re partnering with a highly regarded Greensboro law firm seeking a detail-oriented professional to join its growing real estate practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys on sophisticated transactions in a collaborative and supportive environment.
All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.Responsibilities:
• Manage commercial real estate transactions from initial contract through closing
• Prepare, review, and coordinate real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, closing packages, and due diligence materials
• Conduct title and survey reviews and assist with resolving title-related issues
• Order, review, and analyze UCC, lien, zoning, and other due diligence reports
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and third parties to ensure transactions remain on schedule
• Prepare and organize closing binders and maintain transaction files throughout the closing process
• Track critical deadlines and ensure timely completion of all closing requirements
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions and closing procedures
• Experience reviewing title commitments, surveys, and related due diligence documents
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active transactions simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with real estate software platforms is a plus
• Self-motivated professional who thrives in a team-oriented environment
