HVAC/Ductwork Estimator
Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading HVAC ductwork fabricator who is hiring a HVAC/Ductwork Estimator to join their team. This is a direct hire, in office position, working 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- HVAC/Ductwork Estimator will estimate mechanical ductwork using appropriate software
- Estimator will assist in pricing small call in duct and custom fittings from clients
- Estimator will confirm orders and negotiate projects with clients
- Estimator will organize and maintain bid lists and follow up with clients
- Estimator will create and maintain files for all projects and clients
- Estimator will interact with clients on the phone, in person, and through email
Requirements:
- Candidates with a knowledge of HVAC ductwork is required
- Candidates must have estimating software experience, Autobid is a plus
- Candidates must be proficient reading blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Candidates must have strong organizational skills
- Candidates must be proficient working on multiple tasks and projects
