Job Description

We are a stealth-mode startup building an AI-powered Multi-Tiered System of Support that enables students to master curriculum twice as fast. We're seeking an MTSS leader with district-wide implementation experience to bring this breakthrough framework to K-12 districts across the country.

This role requires someone who has successfully managed MTSS or RTI programs at scale and understands the compliance, coordination, and change management challenges that come with district-wide intervention systems. While our solution is powered by AI rather than traditional methods, your knowledge of MTSS processes and stakeholder engagement will be critical as districts adopt this higher-performing approach.

Our framework uses sophisticated artificial intelligence to automatically identify student needs, deliver targeted interventions, and accelerate learning outcomes. Your education background and implementation expertise will drive successful transitions to this more effective model of student support.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Creating and executing implementation strategies that maximize district adoption of our MTSS framework
  • Facilitating professional development sessions that equip educators with the confidence and skills to use our solution effectively
  • Tracking implementation milestones and evaluating student performance data to verify districts are meeting their objectives
  • Collaborating with district leadership to address obstacles and refine their student support initiatives
  • Conducting on-site training that strengthens relationships with critical stakeholders

  • Building customized, district-specific solutions rather than deploying our standardized, proven framework
  • Concentrating on ongoing account management instead of ensuring successful initial adoption
  • Spending time on administrative tasks instead of achieving high-impact outcomes
  • Supporting only one district when you should be implementing across multiple school systems

Implementation Manager Key Responsibilities

Drive measurable improvements in student learning outcomes by leading the successful implementation of our AI-powered MTSS framework across multiple districts.

Basic Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience in MTSS/RTI program coordination or leadership roles (e.g., MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, Special Education Program Administrator)
  • Experience analyzing student performance data and providing actionable insights.
  • Located in the United States and willing to travel up to 30% for on-site training
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
