Description of Work
The Psychologist is involved in the development, implementation, evaluations, and monitoring of behavior treatment and training programs for individuals with significant intellectual and/or developmental disabilities who may have other handicapping conditions such as physical and/or psychiatric problems. The Psychologist will work under the supervision of a Licensed Psychologist and may also provide clinical and administrative supervision to other psychology paraprofessional staff.Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences
Salary Range: $66,696.00 – $110,049.00

The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs )/ Management Preferences are not required. Applicants who possess the following skills are preferred:
Completes psychological evaluations, functional assessments, and data analysis.
Participates in interdisciplinary processes while maintaining compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
Monitors restrictive programs, conduct staff training, and engage in direct client contact and therapy.
Provides clinical and administrative supervision to psychology paraprofessional staff.
Management Preferences: Experience with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred and applicants will also have experience addressing the psychological needs of individuals diagnosed with intellectual/developmental disabilities along with severe behavioral and emotional problems.
Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday

*A Sign-on bonus of $15,000 may be offered to the successful applicant(s) of this posting, contingent on Budget Approval.
