Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their nationally-recognized Real Estate Practice Group . Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing
• 4-6 years of substantive experience with real estate transactions , including acquisitions , dispositions , and leasing
• Experience with real estate debt and/or equity matters
• Strong drafting , negotiation , and communication skills
• Elevated attention to detail, with proven ability to manage complex transactions from start to finish
• Confident in managing client relationships and providing strategic, business-oriented legal counsel
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Key Responsibilities

• Draft , review , and negotiate sophisticated real estate transaction documents , including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents
• Conduct legal due diligence , including title and survey review , and manage closing processes
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand business goals and provide strategic, practical legal advice
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transactions
• Support partners and senior attorneys on complex real estate matters involving commercial and institutional clients

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $295,000 – $350,000 , as determined by experience and market factors
