Install Lead
Join our team as an Install Lead and play a key role in ensuring the successful installation of products and systems for our valued clients. As an Install Lead, you will oversee installation projects from start to finish, coordinate with team members, and ensure that all work meets quality standards and client expectations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise installation teams on-site to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely
- Coordinate project schedules and communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and client requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and report to management as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in installation, construction, or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
