Remote Scheduling Coordinator | Work From Home | Training Provided
We are expanding our team and seeking Remote Scheduling Coordinators to assist with organizing and managing service- and itinerary-related requests. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the Charlotte, North Carolina area (Eastern Time). The role offers flexible scheduling and structured training.
- Coordinate and manage scheduling and booking requests
- Communicate with customers regarding availability, updates, and confirmations
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information
- Assist with organizing itineraries and service details
- Ensure all requests are handled efficiently and professionally

- Coordinate and confirm bookings and availability
- Communicate updates and details to customers
- Complete tasks within flexible timeframes

- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable internet connection
