Works with patients of all diagnosis, but primarily those with neurological diagnosis (stroke, brain injury, spinal cord dysfunction), other diagnosis includes those surviving amputations, debility from medical conditions, orthopedic fractures, and or major multiple traumas. Patients are seen for a combination of therapy services for a minimum of 3 hours daily. The unit is a small 10 bed unit that provides services to our community accepting patients from our own acute care hospital, but also surrounding hospitals as well. Special Equipment : - #Tier2 Travel Compliance SSN (upon offer acceptance) DOB (upon offer acceptance) RTO (MUST be included on Qualivis Cover Sheet) Requires specific amount of exp. (varies per job posting) Valid State License: Must be at least pending with ETA clearly stated MRI Techs: state license not required References Required Local Rules (Accepted no change to Bill Rate) Candidates will float within hospital (varies per job posting) Copy of Certifications (preferred; BLS, ACLS PALS must be via AHA) Meditech Charting Exp.
