Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Clerical Worker:

• Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, Collections
• Run errands occasionally driving company vehicle
• Assist with daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Data entry and record keeping
• File forms and documents
• Provide excellent customer service to staff and visitors
• Maintain a neat and organized office environment

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Experience needed with customer service and collections
• Must be able to work as a team and in a small office setting
• Clerical experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products
• Some bookkeeping experience preferred
• Flexible and willing to learn
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Background check and drug screening required
