Greenhouse Helper

Myatt Landscaping and Construction is a locally owned leader in high-quality residential and commercial landscaping and grounds management. As a Greenhouse Helper, you will play a vital role in supporting our floriculture team during our busiest spring season, from April 27th through June 5th. This hands-on, fast-paced seasonal position involves preparing and organizing seasonal flower orders, assisting with plant care, and ensuring our greenhouse operations run smoothly. Responsibilities

• Pull and stage seasonal flower orders for daily installation crews
• Organize plant material by job and ensure order accuracy
• Assist with loading trucks for field crews
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of greenhouse and staging areas
• Water and care for plant material as directed
• Support the floriculture manager and team with daily tasks as needed

• Ability to lift trays, flats, and containers weighing 30–50 lbs. throughout the day
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and carry plants for extended periods
• Willingness to work both inside the greenhouse and outdoors in varying conditions
• Interest in horticulture or plant care (preferred, not required)

Compensation

$16–$18 per hour , paid weekly. Starting pay is based on experience and ability to meet team expectations. Overtime may be available depending on workload.
