Description

The Teall Properties Group (TPG) division of Teall Capital Partners was created in 2018 to serve as the arm for the high school market. TPG believes in the high school student-athlete experience and how it positively shapes our next generation. It is our mission to support this cause by connecting its community to organizations and brands that share in this belief.

Basic Function

Support and grow collaborative partnerships between schools and external organizations, overseeing partnership execution and activation to ensure mutual success. The position requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on leadership, demanding both the ability to develop comprehensive outreach strategies and the agility to respond to the evolving priorities of schools and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead school outreach efforts to execute brand partnerships at the individual school level, including but not limited to cold calling, negotiation, and relationship building.
  • Lead client service, ideation, and activation efforts for partnerships with schools and community organizations.
  • Coordinate and assist with partnership meetings, translating partnership visions into actionable plans and results.
  • Establish frameworks for partnership operations, including outreach initiatives, event coordination, digital/media collaboration, proposal and contract development, and research.
  • Serve as liaison between school leadership, staff, and partners to facilitate communication and partnership execution.
  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities and creative concepts for existing and potential partners.
  • Manage partnership inventory, tracking opportunities and collaborating with team members on availability and fulfillment.
  • Develop compelling partnership presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of educational stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Participate in and support school events to showcase partnership successes and engage new partners.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems for all partnership activities and contacts.
  • Support office operations and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain flexible work hours, including availability for events outside standard business hours.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strategic and creative thinking skills.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a desire for professional success and enjoyment.
  • Passion for education and community engagement.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with proven prioritization and execution abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and familiarity with social media.
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
