How you'll contribute This role will support the development and implementation of Strategic Operations materials and resources for Specialty Pharmacy, HCPs, and patients on the disease(s) and effective treatments with United Therapeutics commercial products, ensuring alignment to Company strategies and messaging.

• With oversight from Managers or Director on the team, contribute to the timely development of materials, resources (e.g. training guides, informational brochures, manuals, slide presentations, web resources, multi-lingual materials, referral forms, etc.)
• Develop a strong understanding of the needs of internal stakeholders and vendor services and serve as a liaison to coordinate project work from concept to completion
• Gain an understanding on how to work with external vendors and help facilitate UT's Promotional Review Board (PRB) review process
• Assist team in supporting the planning and execution of Strategic Operations' live meetings requiring vendor assistance and UT approval
• Participate in regular meetings with internal teams in order to understand and provide support for their resource needs to include collateral, communications, and printed materials
• Participate in regular meetings with marketing brand teams in order to gain an understanding of the current messaging and strategy so that it can be pulled through in support materials
• Take an active role to learn the business, industry, UT products, as well as team methods, strategies, tactics, and internal best practices in order to provide top notch support to internal stakeholders
• Other duties as assigned

For this role you will need Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of business or marketing
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel programs
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
• Self-motivated, willing to work independently, and prioritize tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of working in the pharmaceutical industry either in sales or marketing
• 0+ experience working as a marketing or sales intern
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Experience using Veeva for promotional review items
