Senior Project Manager (Glass / Glazing)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage large-scale glazing and facade projects from contract acquisition to close-out, including tasks such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, punch lists, and close-out documentation.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, architects, management, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
Utilize project management software, spreadsheets, and estimating tools to track and manage projects efficiently.
Ensure projects are completed within budget, and manage materials, equipment, and labor costs effectively.
Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and structural drawings to understand architectural intent and ensure project alignment.
Foster strong communication across all stakeholders and provide updates as needed to ensure transparency and project success.
Qualifications & Experience:

2-10+ years of Project Management experience in glass, glazing, or facade industries (including Storefront, Window Wall, Curtainwall, ACM Panel Systems, Structural Glass Walls, and Skylights).
At least 3 years of experience managing projects valued at $10 million or more.
Unitized Curtainwall experience is a plus.
Strong ability to make critical decisions and work independently.
Proficient in managing projects through all stages, including contract negotiation, budgeting, and project close-out.
A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget is highly preferred.
Experience with project management software and tools is a plus.
