Job Overview

Support one of the largest financial providers serving U.S. military members and their families . In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to help customers resolve past-due accounts and find practical repayment solutions.

This position combines customer service, negotiation, and problem solving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance with banking and privacy regulations.

What We're Looking For

• • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Preferred four or more months of collections or customer service experience.
  • Availability: Open availability during hours of operation.
