Hotel Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences and manage all aspects of the hotel efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food services- Manage hotel staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling- Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve guest issues promptly- Implement and maintain hotel policies and procedures- Monitor hotel performance metrics and financial goals- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hotel needs- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance and Choice Hotels Brand standards are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel management or as a similar position in CHOICE HOTELS.- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and cost control- Familiarity with hospitality management software and phone systems- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to perform night audit duties when needed

Pay: $10.00 - $17.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Hotel management: 3 years (Required)
- Hospitality: 3 years (Required)

Ability to Commute:
- Havelock, NC 28532 (Required)
