Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Support Specialist to join our operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring our machines are delivered to customers in top condition while keeping our warehouse organized and efficient. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, dependable, and able to support both warehouse functions and shop operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Preparation & Cleaning

  • Clean, inspect, and prep machines for delivery to customers.

  • Ensure equipment is presentable, functional, and ready for shipment or rental.

• Warehouse Organization & Maintenance

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

  • Assist with inventory organization and tracking.

  • Perform routine housekeeping duties to keep the facility orderly.

• Shop Assistance

  • Support the shop team with minor repairs and basic maintenance tasks.

  • Assist technicians in moving, staging, and handling equipment.

• General Support

  • Load and unload machines and parts as needed.

  • Assist delivery drivers with staging equipment for transport.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, shop, or equipment service environment preferred.

• Ability to work with tools and assist with basic mechanical repairs.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping equipment and spaces clean.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the day.

• Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious.
