Quality Assurance Specialist
Job Description:
- Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Perform audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Create quality reports and documentation to track progress and outcomes.
- Train and educate team members on quality assurance best practices.
- Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance roles.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance.
- Experience in the retail or healthcare industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with data analytics, AI, and machine learning technologies.
- Previous experience in conducting audits and inspections.
- Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $66,000 - $94,000 annually.
