Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $53 - $58 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Leading hands-on coaching sessions with L2 Product Owners and L2 Tech Leads, including hands-on Jira tools support (e.g., board configuration, JiraPlans setup, etc.).
• Primary support for any L1 team needs (e.g., transitioning from Kanban to Scrum, Scrum Best Practices, etc.)
• Advise leaders and teams on Agile and product practices to support complex transformation efforts
• Coach product and engineering teams on roadmap creation, backlog development, iterative delivery and use of metrics
• Develop and execute coaching plans, resolve delivery challenges and support communities of practice
