We are looking for a dependable and safety-conscious Entry-Level Building Maintenance Technician to assist with structural upkeep and exterior system maintenance on commercial properties. This is an excellent opportunity to start a hands-on career in exterior maintenance, repair, and weatherproofing systems.

• Assist in inspecting and maintaining exterior structural systems for signs of wear, damage, or weather-related deterioration.

• Support the installation and repair of water-resistant barriers, flashing, drainage systems, and related components.

• Help seal, patch, and maintain various exterior surfaces to prevent moisture intrusion and maintain building integrity.

• Perform basic repair tasks such as caulking, surface preparation, minor carpentry, and general exterior upkeep.

• Safely use ladders, scaffolding, and fall protection equipment to access elevated work areas.

• Support team members in ensuring all materials are properly staged, secured, and installed per specifications.

• Participate in routine safety meetings and adhere to all OSHA and company safety guidelines.

• Maintain clean and organized job sites, work vehicles, and storage areas.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leads about progress and issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

• Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or exterior repair preferred, but not required.

• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor including bending, climbing, and standing for long periods.

• Familiarity with hand and power tools; training will be provided.

• Willingness to learn and follow directions from experienced professionals.

• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-focused.

• Valid driver’s license REQUIRED.
