Job Type: Part-Time (Contractor)

Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 Per Hour
Shift : Hours 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM or 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Week Days or Weekends

Overview:
Are you a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a proven background in providing elderly care in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or hospitals? We are looking for qualified and dedicated CNAs to join our team and provide exceptional care, support, and companionship to elderly patients. Please note: Only candidates with previous experience in elderly care or similar healthcare settings will be considered for this role. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist private duty patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance, including assisting with transferring private duty patients to and from beds, chairs, and wheelchairs.
• Ensure each private care patient comfortable and safe while providing emotional support and companionship.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the private patient’s living space, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
• Document private patient's health status and any changes in condition accurately and promptly.
• Respond to emergency situations in a calm and efficient manner.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have valid CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant).
• At least 3 years of experience working in a nursing home, assisted living, or hospital setting is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact compassionately with elderly patients.
• Knowledge of basic medical procedures and safety protocols.
• Ability to assist with patient mobility and lift patients as needed.
• Emotional resilience and a passion for caring for the elderly.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
