Our agency opened in 2019 and is a close-knit team of three focused on building strong relationships with both our customers and each other. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked with New York Life in financial planning and spent two years as a team member in a State Farm office, gaining valuable experience before opening my own agency. I attended Bowling Green and have been part of the local community for over 11 years. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing and spending time with dogs. We stay involved in the community through charity golf events, including hosting Putts for Paws each year in support of Completing the Mission. For our team, we offer 15 days of PTO, 9 paid holidays, and reimbursement for licensing costs. Our office culture is friendly, supportive, and family-oriented - everyone truly cares about each other. We also provide spacious, private office environments for each team member. - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
