Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their nationally-recognized Real Estate Practice Group . This is an exceptional opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate transactions with a team known for its depth of experience, client-focused approach, and collaborative culture.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing
- 3–5 years of substantive experience with real estate transactions , including acquisitions , dispositions , and leasing
- Experience with real estate debt and/or equity matters
- Strong drafting , negotiation , and communication skills
- Elevated attention to detail, with proven ability to manage complex transactions from start to finish
- Confident in managing client relationships and providing strategic, business-oriented legal counsel
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Key Responsibilities
- Draft , review , and negotiate sophisticated real estate transaction documents , including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents
- Conduct legal due diligence , including title and survey review , and manage closing processes
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand business goals and provide strategic, practical legal advice
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transactions
- Support partners and senior attorneys on complex real estate matters involving commercial and institutional clients

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: $250,000 – $305,000 , as determined by experience and market factors
